EDCI 6654: Research in Instructional Technology
Investigated issues of constructivism, self-regulated learning and self-efficacy as they relate to the research and evaluation of learning and instruction within the field of Instructional Technology. Reviewed literature in aforementioned areas and proposed a qualitative research model.

EDCI 5584: Program and Product Evaluation
Served as one of two final evaluators/reporters for an evaluation on the Virginia/Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine's online Problem List Generator. The PLG is an online tool used by the Veterinary College to assist students with the process of clinical diagnosis.

Research and Dissertation
Completed a quanitative disseration that analyzed the effects of time management on academic self-regulation and self-efficacy. Utilized advanced media tools to develop and deliver the experimental program.

Experiences Participating as member of a research team at Virginia Tech that is investigating metacognition in an online environment. Research is expected to be ongoing throughout the next several years and will encompass a variety of content areas.
