Completed a developmental module for the National Middle School Association that assessed needs and outlined a plan for development of a web-based training program.

EDCI 5564: Instructional Technology Tools & Methods
Consulted with Professor of English at Radford University to integrate already-existing course content into a CD-ROM based learning module. Managed integration of audio, graphic, and video-based elements into a complete instructional product.

Research and Dissertation
Managed the design, development, utilization and support of a web-based tool used to engage participants in a two-week long learning and management process related to time management, self-regulated learning and self-efficacy.

Experiences

Project Manager, Interactive Design and Development, Blacksburg, VA
Served as project manager for the production of four multi-media CD-ROMs entitled "This Is Gardening". Managed content development efforts, supervised graphic designer and programmers, and collaborated with video producer and client.
